Cancellation Policy
Because we reserve time especially for you, please respect our scheduling by keeping you appointments. If you must cancel, change or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. This courtesy enbles us to schedule another client, and in turn maintain fair prices.
As is customary, clients who do not honor their appointments will be charged as follows:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment and No Shows will be charged 100% of the schedulded service. Gift certificates will be void.
By reserving an appointment, you agree to these terms and conditions. Any exceptionms will be handled on an individual basis.

Confirmation Calls
As a courtesy, we may contact you one or two days prior to your appointment to verify your intention to maintain your appointment. However, it is your responsibility to maintain your schedule and keep appointments that you have made with your esthetician.

Late Arrivals
Arriving late for a service may require us to shorten the length of your treatment with full service charges
applied, so as to maintain a timely schedule and not inconvenience other guests.

Cell Phones
In order to maintain a serene environment, we ask that all cell phone conversations remain outside of our
establishment.

Children
We love children, but we also know that you need some relaxing time to yourself. Please make other
arrangements for the care of your children.

Returned Checks
All returned checks will be assessed a $25 fee

Product Returns
We are confident that you will be pleased with the products that we recommend for your home care regimen.
We are happy to supply adequate samples of products prior to your purchase. Therefore, there are no returns or exchanges on opened products. Unopened products may be exchanged for store credit. Please speak with your esthetician if you have a question regarding an allergic reaction or defective product.

We gladly accept personal checks and cash for services.
